They took my last journal away. Apparently it’s being studied by the finest of head shrinks so they can help other ‘extreme survivor syndromes.’ They don’t understand. You don’t get over it. You don’t heal. The pain never goes away, it’s always here. It aches even now. Knowing I’m all alone out of entire carrier. My squad...all gone. It’s brutal to be trained to hold to the comfort of your squad mates only to find them...gone. But I’m still here. It’s like betrayal. I betrayed them by living. The GuardianStanding around the glass casing was a group of elves, dwarves, men, and lastly, a lone dark elf. They were there to see off Lord Asterim, who had saved so very many in his sacrifice. There was no sermon, as he was not dead. He was....lost. He had sent his spirit out to battle with a mage on another plane, and now that spirit had become lost, not knowing where the body was. Nobody knew how to project their spirits to show Asterim the way back, but they could keep his body alive and keep alien spirits from taking it.

Supreme Court screw ups

I usually make a point to stay away from political issues in my online life, but the US Supreme Court has just ruled that sentencing a man to death for the rape of a child is cruel and inhumane punishment that does not fit the severity of the crime.

Excuse me? We are talking about the RAPE of a child. I would argue that any rape is far more serious than murder (for which the death penalty may be applied). Rape leaves scars that will remain for the rest of the survivor's LIFE.

America has a lot going for it, but I can't help but see it all slipping away. The people who want to make this country into a socialist state, the people who make decisions like this, and the people who actually *vote* for the people in the first two categories are screwing up my country.

I'm thinking Australia looks pretty good. I don't care how much poison is there.
